CRAZY DOODLE TIME…

I was trying to write a poem about hate, and how I just can\’t do it, can\’t waste my energy on such a destructive emotion.

I ended up doodling instead.

Here it is.

Hate is such a powerful emotion – the equal and opposite of love. Everything has its opposite (that ying and yang thing) and they say you cannot hate unless you have truly loved. Love the doodles though.

Ah, Buffyflutt, you and I share a common trait of doodling on everything…it helps me think! Nice…I hope one day I can scan some of mine and post them…

Hi Fuffybutt.Just passing through. Now that is what I would call a proper doodle!I usually end up with a page full of squares and circles, but you obviously go off into some kind of Dali mode.Impressive.Hate is a waste of time.Just go and clobber them!lol.

Wow – it’s obvious you’re an artist – even your doodles have something going for them! Hugz to the girls…glad to see you back!

Hate is just as intense as love, only one is destructive and the other is constructive. It takes no effort to hate, it takes much effort to love. It’s a choice. Choose to love. There are soooo many people out here in the ether-world that love you. And besides your art is full of love, express it!Peace to your heart! BP

It is great that you can’t bring yourself to hate or even write about it. hate is a powerful emotion that blocks out everything good in this world and eclipses things that could make us feel better. Out of it you started doodling and found and escape that created something beautiful. I was told a story once about a group of guys that were backstabbing another worker that wasn’t present. One man not partaking of the conversation objected to the subject and began to hum church hymns. Pretty soon the mood changed and they all were humming. Good moral and can be applied to everything, including ourselves.

great job of taking such a downward emotion and turning it into something meaningful and beautiful, isnt it amazing how we can something so ugly and transform it into something beautiful?

    Hi Flufy,
Your welcome was appreciated by the way.
There are two emotions I can’t really deal with either as so much negativity goes into both. One is ‘Anger’ and the other is ‘Hate’..Both of these raw emotions drain and can consume. The feeling it leaves in my ‘GUT’ is alien to me, but never the less we are all human with these feelings.
You choose another outlet that was positive also productive and touched so many of us.Your a rare diamond that writes from the heart.Did this situation or person demand so much of your negative energy upon reflection?

I like the doodle. BTW, I’m just surfing around 360-land today. Your name and description caught my eye, putting out fires with gasoline. Ha ha! I’ve had days like that! Your doodle is still cool, though. I usually can’t get past stick figures!
