Just a little something from my sketch book a couple of years ago. I don\’t know why I drew it or why I didn\’t finish her. But I think she is quite lovely.

I am feeling better. Thanks everyone!

glad you’re feeling better and yes, she is beautifulI You’re a very talented artist!

The human form I shy away from-i’m not that much of a sketch artist.

Art wasn’t my major in college, but after taking 2 semesters of art history (my electives choice)I did take a few more art related courses-ceramics/pottery, computer graphics. Anyway, in my 2nd year of pottery, the professor for that class was very much into sketching for the 1st hour of the class. I was the only non-art major in there. However, I found I could do hang pretty well with most of them, so I don’t feel quite an intimidated as before, but I still tend to avoind including the human form in any of my artwork because of that (unless it’s something abstract).

You know, we who write or sketch or paint, never see the finished product…. we mostly see an unfinished article. Strange but true, just in the eyes of the unknowning it’s always finished. Its a beautiful picture, post more from your sketch book please. Thanks for sharing ……. Tim
